The editor strives to ensure the accuracy of the information on this site. However, rates, availabilities, and booking conditions are subject to updates. Only information confirmed during a written booking shall be deemed authentic.

5. Booking and Cancellation Terms

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is paid at booking; the balance is automatically charged to the saved card approximately 30 days before arrival. A security deposit is set up by securely saving the client's card and is only charged in the event of observed damage.

Cancellation by the client:

• More than 30 days before the arrival date: the amounts paid are refunded, less the bank transaction fees. These fees are not returned by our payment provider (Stripe) and remain payable by the client.
• 30 days or less before the arrival date: the amounts paid (deposit and balance) are non-refundable.

Cancellation by the owner: in the event of a cancellation on our part, all amounts paid are refunded in full.
